I would like to
give you a warm welcome
to our
Commercial Lending Site
Durango
Commercial Group.
Having
been a Senior Loan Officer with
a couple of Mortgage Lending
Companies and a former Branch Manager I decided in the year 2000 to
establish C and C Lending for the purpose of securing and funding
residential loans in SouthWest Colorado.
In
the year 2004 I moved the company C
and C Lending to Durango
Colorado where it continues to operate today in the Commercial Lending
markets.
We
continued to secure and fund
residential loans. In 2005 we became
incorporated under the name of C and C Lending Inc.
Staff
was increased at the begining of
2005 loan officers were hired as
well as additional processors and front desk personal. Additional
staffing was required as our cliental was increasing because of the
interest in our Commercial Loan programs.
Durango
Commercial Group was formed as
a subsidary company of C and C
Lending Inc.
Late
in 2006 it was determined by the
board of directors and a decision
was made in reference to the residential markets, Durango Commercial
Group would become the flagship program of the company, and residential
financing would be phased out.
This
decision was far more reaching
than ever could have been
deteremined. We had seen the inflation of properties the easeing up of
underwriting but had no ideas of what was about to transform in the
residential markets.
While
continuing to expand in the
Commercial Lending Markets
Durango Commercial Group has been able to offer a wide array of funding
options and products to you our cliental in building and expanding your
business.
Whether
this be property or business
expandtion we can consult and
guide you in the direction you want to direct your business in.
We
have the expertise and knowledge to fix your credit that might have
been damaged or just need to increase your credit scoring to finance
that property you want for expanding your business.
We
are installing a new credit
software program that will totally
exceed any credit damage that you have incurred and will out
pace the market in fixing a credit issue.
We
currently have software
programs installed to assist in
qualifying your funding process, as well as speeding up the
process. We will not disregard nor disrespect your interests

becoming a business owner or expantion of your business.
